We recommend guests book their rooms as soon as possible as the resort frequently sells out up to 6 months or more ahead of time. We DO NOT have a block of rooms reserved and the resort works on a first come, first served basis.
How do I book my room?
You will go to the resort's website (see travel tab for link and details). Use Promo code: FI080325PD which provides a 5% discount off of the "Flexible" rate.
Do I have to pay for my room in advance?
There are a few different room reservation options located on the resort website. We recommend you select the "Flexible" rate option, which does not require a deposit or payment until arrival.
Can I make changes to the number of people in my reservation?
Changes can be made but require you to work with the resort/reservations desk directly. It is easier to reduce the number of people in your reservation than it is to increase the number of people.
What is included with the room price?
All food and drink at the resort is included in the price of the room and number of people in your reservation.
Do I need to stay at the resort?
Yes. If you do not, the resort charges a day pass fee for guests not staying at the resort ($100 per person/per day).
Where is the resort located in Cabo?
It is in town and located across the street from the Marina.
How do I get to/from the resort/airport?
The resort has a partnership with Seek & Go who can provide transportation to and from the airport. The cost is NOT INCLUDED in your reservation and is usually around $200-$250 for roundtrip transportation to and from the airport for up to 9 people. There should be a link to "Book Hotel Transfer" on your reservation confirmation email to request this and you should also receive an email from Translados Call Center a few days after booking your room with how to sign up for the transportation.
We definitely recommend using this service as it makes the to and from easy and safe. You can also coordinate with others if you are arriving at the same time to lessen the cost.
Is there a minimum stay requirement at the resort?
Yes. It is a 4 night minimum.
Do I need a passport for Cabo?
Yes. Please ensure that it does not expire before October 1, 2025. Mexico requires your passport to be valid for a minimum of 6 months after the date of your travel.
What is the dress code for the wedding & reception?
The wedding will be on the beach. The attire should be resort casual. No suits, jackets, ties, high heels or fancy dresses required. What you wear to the wedding, you can wear to the reception.
